Best Fertility Clinic in Kansas City
Looking for the best fertility clinic in Kansas City?
We’re so proud to announce that the Reproductive Resource Center (RRC) is It.
RRC has the highest IVF Success Rates in KC & Nationwide
After a national review of IVF success rates, RRC had the highest success rates for fresh embryo transfer, for women in the 35-years and younger bracket. And, out of more than 1050 IVF clinics in the United States, we’re ranked #22 in the nation.
It takes a time, serious commitment to the field of reproductive medicine and an incredible team to boast statistics like this. RRC was founded back in 1988, making us the very first fertility clinic in the region to offer research-forward, assisted reproductive technology. Now, that same patience, commitment and teamwork continue to make us one of the most sought-after fertility clinics in the Kansas City area.
We would like to thank our entire staff – as well as our incredible roster of patients – all of whom have worked so diligently to make these monumental successes possible.
All that’s well and good, of course, but what’s most important is that individuals with an infertility diagnosis know what to look for when reviewing fertility clinic success rates across the board. Believe it or not, not all statistics are created equal – so be discerning.

In a nutshell:
Don’t forget to look at the number of embryo transfers
It’s easy to get excited about clinics with super high success rates, because you immediately envision being a part of that success. However, it’s important that you pay attention to the number of embryo transfers, as well as live birth rates, because this information is informative.
Some clinics make success rates their priority, meaning they only take on the “easy” infertility cases, turning more complicated situations away. In this way, they can tweak the numbers so to speak, ensuring their success rates remain in the highest brackets. That’s great if you have a straightforward infertility diagnosis – not so great if you don’t.
Sometimes the best IVF clinics are the ones that are willing to work closely with their clients, sometimes for years on end, risking “lower success” rates in order to help more infertile individuals and/or couples become parents.
Pay attention to age brackets
Age matters when it comes to un-assisted infertility, and age also matters in ART. If you’re a 41-year old woman using IVF, you’ll want to study clinics’ success rates in your own age bracket. Getting excited about awesome fertility success rates in the 22-year old bracket, rather than your own, could result in choosing a clinic that isn’t as successful treating women in the “advanced maternal age” ranges. Also, if you’re 40-years old or older and have low ovarian reserves, or already have a failed IVF cycle or two in your history, you may find your chances of success increase spectacularly if you’re willing to use a donor egg.
