New Patient Registration

Thank you for considering Reproductive Resource Center of Greater Kansas City for your reproductive healthcare needs.

This page is designed for patients who have talked with our office and have been instructed to download a patient registration packet. If you would like an appointment to see Dr. Brabec or Dr. Riggs, please call our office for the log-in password to download the registration packet.

Patients are seen in a timely manner. Appointments are readily available. After you have completed the new patient registration packet – which includes a health history form – and after receiving pertinent medical records from the physician(s) who has treated or evaluated you previously, one of our staff members will call you to schedule a consultation and exam for you and your spouse. These appointments are usually made within a 1-3 week period after receiving the above information. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact our office. Our staff members are available to help you.
